Feldbus-Verteilerinseln
VJ Reihe
Airwork präsentiert die neue Generation von Feldbus-Magnetventilinseln mit verschiedenen verfügbaren Protokollen wie: ProfiNET, EtherCAT, EtherNET/IP, CC-Link IEFB, Profibus und IO-Link. Verfügbare Größen sind 10 und 14 mm mit Durchflussraten von 300 l/min bis 560 l/min. Die Größe von 10 mm ist auf Platzersparnis und geringen Verbrauch pneumatischer und elektrischer Energie ausgelegt, während die Größe von 14 mm für die Handhabung größerer pneumatischer Zylinder geeignet ist.

Die Mikrozylinder ISO 6432 von Airwork werden vollständig aus rostfreiem Stahl und nach den höchsten Qualitätsstandards hergestellt.

Die direkt gesteuerten Magnetventile der VF-Serie sind für den Einbau in jede Art von Druckluftantrieb oder -zylinder konzipiert, mit dem Vorteil, dass Antrieb und Steuerventil in einem einzigen Produkt integriert werden können.
Schnellkupplungen aus Edelstahl
Serie A100X
Die Armaturen der A100X-Serie werden durch ähnliche Form und konstruktive Eigenschaften wie die Messingarnituren der A100-Serie hergestellt, Mit dem Unterschied, dass sie aus rostfreiem Stahl AISI 316L bestehen und daher ideal für den Einsatz in besonders schwierigen oder extrem empfindlichen Umgebungen wie der pharmazeutischen oder der Lebensmittelindustrie geeignet sind.
T-Nut-Zugstangen-Verriegelungszylinder
CBS03 Reihe
Zylinder für die schnelle Befestigung von Formen auf Maschinen, bei denen auf Tischen mit T-Nuten befestigte Formen schnell verriegelt und gelöst werden müssen.
Diese Zylinder sind mit einem Durchgangsgewinde ausgestattet, in dem die Zugstange, die die Maschine mit der Form verbindet, befestigt wird.
